Finally, the warmth is getting closer and closer, so we are releasing a light and refreshing fruity mixed fermentation Berliner Weisse in a process that reveals all the subtleties of this historic style. The first spring leaves always smell special, and in order to capture this delicate time and its unique aroma, we used the juice of black currants with their bright forest smell, while the subtle aroma of rosemary adds light woody and resinous nuances, as if it were a real branch of a young black currant bush, which has just woken up from winter sleep.
