The second beer in our Muson series, dedicated to the Catharina Sour style, continues the idea of creating the most refreshing tropical beer. Such tart wheat ales have every chance to become the main summer hit. This time we brewed a punchy citrus cocktail: orange zest was added to the whirlpool to infuse the beer with zesty aroma, while tangerine juice and kalamansi puree were added during secondary fermentation, which quadrupled the bright citrus taste. What we got is a clear and refreshing beer with light body, clean citrus profile and a pleasant acidity. O mãe do Céu!
