Dear Ladies and Gents, we present to you yet another new series! We promise that it will definitely be the last one, for this year at least. But we know how much you love unfiltered beer, dry hopping and unusual brews, so please meet: Paparać ("Fern")! To make this one even more interesting, we brewed it in a rather rare German style of strong winter weizenbock and unusually, but very generously, dry-hopped it with our favorite American Simcoe. The flavors of dried bananas, fresh tropical passion fruit and fantastic fairy plants are wonderfully intertwined in our Paparać, intoxicating the mind and calming the heart. Frohe Weihnachten!
