The sun is approaching its lowest point on the horizon, the days resemble short intermissions before long and raging nights, and in all this we see not despair, but opportunities. Our new Quadruple IPA Posasc, the incredible strength of which will make it easier to survive the impending frosts, while the fantastic aroma will give hope for an early approach of spring. For the first beer in the new series, we chose Talus hops, a young offspring of Sabro with an open pollination. The smell of a distant California forest, full of sequoia trees, with the bark covered in misty dew, splashes of red grapefruit rind are balanced by the bitterness of the same grapefruit and the pleasant sweetness of white port.
