Malanka Brewery is definitely back on the tomato track! And once again, it’s a treat for fans of heat: for the new Salsa, we used yellow versions of super-hot peppers Yellow Ghost (with distinct citrus and pineapple notes) and Scotch Bonnet (featuring aromas of mango, peach, and cherry). Meanwhile, a thick, smoky tomato base, a generous amount of salt, and a pinch of black fermented limes create a unique Malanka-style tomato gose flavor. Let’s salsa together!
