Belgian witbier is a staple classic. Everybody loves it. It's ingredients, be it a pinch of coriander or some orange zest, are in a great balance, and hardly anything can be added to make it better, you simply cannot beat perfection. Still, we are relentless in our experiment and restless in our creative search. Following our Viertaz series, we deconstruct the very fundamentals of a belgian witbier, and build it from scratch our own way. This time we brewed a perfect spring cocktail of super fragrant fresh lemons and elusive sumac. You get that gentle aromas of grape vinegar and hibiscus on top of lemony clouds, pushed forward by raw wheat base and unique belgian yeast profile. These are the kind of experiments that made us fall in love with brewing in the first place, and we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed brewing it.
